I’m originally from Canada, having moved to Aotearoa when I was 15 years old. I currently work as a Youth Health Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner Intern at Te Puna Manawa – HealthWEST at our youth health clinics in West Auckland and on the North Shore. I’ve worked in the area of Youth Health for the past 5 years, and feel passionate about working alongside rangatahi to help them be their happiest, healthiest, most authentic selves.

I live in central Auckland with my partner who works in forensic mental health, and our four cats.
