Generally the news will cover likely updates from MOH, research, Youth Health news, Professional Development, sector updates for all to view who open our website.

EVENTS PAGE

If you click on Events this will explain to you what SYHPANZ supports and the sections events will be listed under on the other tabs below the arrow under Events heading such as

SYHPANZ aims to update the event list monthly as new events roll out or as we are informed by members and others.

If you sign up for a SYHPANZ event you will be able to register (and pay if non-member) for the event via the website. All people who register for a SYHPANZ Event will be regularly reminded of the due date of the Event.

For other Events there will usually be a link to a key contact person to arrange registration via their host organisation. These Events are only advertised by SYHPANZ and we usually have no registration arrangements unless otherwise stated.

This page is only available for members. This page is broken down into interest groups that focus on areas relating to specific needs of the Youth and the professional development to meet these needs. If you click on Interest Groups it will display the list of groups available:

• School Based Health Services (SBHS)

• Research, Policy
• YOSS
• Transgender/LGBTI

This page allows groups to hold online chats and/or forums relevant to professionals interests. It enables national connection and networking that can be difficult to navigate introductions and/or connections otherwise.

SYHPANZ hopes these pages will enable members to share resources and updates.

This page is only available for members. If you click on Resources it will provide an outline of NZ Youth Health Research and Useful Links to information to support development of knowledge and skills in Youth Health.

If you click on the arrow under Resources it will provide pages for:

• Youth Health Presentations provided by Key Speakers nationally or Internationally made available to SYHPANZ
  
• Adolescent/Youth Health resources/links from reliable Youth Health sources. This is updated monthly.
• Standing Orders guidelines and templates are available. SYHPANZ tries to negotiate through members regular updates of these templates for members use.
• Funding Links are available for members for workforce development or service /program development. SYHPANZ does not have any connections to these links. We post as members advise from their knowledge of these links.
